Find an agent to partner with

Sometimes partnering with another agent is the best thing you can do as a Real Estate Agent. Because all too common in Malaysia is getting a client who wishes to purchase a house that is not being handled by you. Getting the agent in charge to partner with you is then a good idea, as both parties will benefit. The partnering agent will have a ready buyer from you, and you will get a cut of the profit.

Publicise yourself

When you are a property agent, sometimes you just need to be loud about it. You should consider building a webpage for yourself to promote your property sale successes and advertise your portfolio. This way, potential clients will be able to look you up – and via your portfolio, you will be able to gain their confidence.

Advertise yourself on online media

Getting a friend in the online media sector never hurts. If you have a good reputation and strong background, you may find yourself being occasionally called up to provide opinions about the property market, and perhaps even being called in to be interviewed on various subjects. 欠债愈越来越深

上周,国家银行召开了货币政策会议,幸运的,国行没宣布加息,下回还会这么幸运?国行这回不加息,是意料中事,目前经济数据虽然出现转机,但通货膨胀率也一样不断“加码”,国行如何能加息?

就在内需尚待努力,国人借贷不断,并还有一大班人排队等着向银行借贷买屋买车时,国行加息,旧借贷者必然受难,新借贷者也将受苦。

要是国行加息,银行必然愈发紧锁“水喉”,尽管经济出现增长,只怕是富者得利,贫者愈发水深火热。

国行暂时不加息显明易见,国家和人民底气不足。

更大的问题是,也是在上周,国行及报穷局数据显示,4名大马人中,3人无法在紧急时刻拿出1000令吉救急。

马来西亚大华银行董事经理兼个人金融服务地区主管林勤遂指出,75%大马人没有任何投资、每天41名大马人破产,而且数据不断升高。

国家与人民的经济实力,尽在不言中,更须提醒的是,这悲观失望的数据“不断增加中”。

一般上,政府或专家所有的悲观数据,包括通货膨胀率,人民潜在一个“想法”报小数,好事则“报大数”。面对这一悲观失望数据,是不是更要谨慎小心理财?

阿里巴巴创办人马云说,未来的30年将会是一个痛苦的年代,悲观者愈发悲观,乐观者则当成提醒,未雨绸缪,有备无患。

当人工智能年代越来越靠近我们时,没有人能够乐观起来,包括大部分的经济学家与科学家,首推英国的物理学家霍金从不掩饰其对未来世界的忧虑与悲观。

有个现象值得注意,反正买屋无望,买车至少还可慰藉一下失落自卑的小小心灵。就在自卑又自大心理反射下,渐渐形成了今朝有酒今朝醉的生活态度。这新的生活态度不断影响四周,在信用卡易得的推波助澜下,快速蔓延,成为文化。

买不起车的年轻一代,也在没有未来的悲观失望情绪下,买手机、打扮,享受美好饮食时,不断拍照上面子书炫耀一番,把钱花光。月光族不是新的名词。

几乎大部分的Y 、Z世代都有着这种得过且过的心态,花钱不加思索,于是,贫者恒贫。
